Classic Eggplant from Proven Selections has glossy, deep purple fruit with white flesh and a meaty texture. Try this eggplant in baba ghanoush, eggplant parmesan or eggplant lasagna. Grow in gardens and raised beds and use fresh, fry or freeze for later use. Meet your new, easy to grow backyard companion.

The Eco+Grande features nutrients embedded in the container walls, which help plants grow bigger and faster throughout the season when planted in the ground. Be sure to remove the tabs from the container before planting. If you choose to plant in a container, we recommend taking the plant out of the Eco+Grande, breaking it apart, and mixing it into the soil at the time of planting. When the Proven Winners Eco+Grande container is discarded in the garbage can, it will naturally break down faster in a landfill than a traditional petroleum made container.
