The leaves they came with dried up but new leaves are beginning to grow

Not great . The packaging on the azaleas was clearly marked for the side up but obviously it didn’t happen. Shipping delayed a few days in transit and plants arrived with very dry soil. Two had half soil out of pot. I repotted the two and kept inside to recover with eater. One of the four is clearly dead.

I’ve purchased a fair amount from you and never had prior issues. I tried to recover the plants but missed your deadline to file an issue. I’m disappointed.

Delivered pretty dry, but oh my they will be so colorful in this space next year.

Beautiful was really a stunning combination this summer! Only three plants in the pot! With one supertunia hoopla vivid orchid, one supertunia mini vista white and one superbena cobalt verbena.

Received shipment with wilted leaves on 80% of each plant. Shipping container was safe but the plants couldn’t breathe. I opened boxes immediately and the humidity level in the box was too much. So leaves wilted off the plants. I planted them the same day and with great care there are new leaves forming now.

I am absolutely loving my Fire Light Tidbit® hydrangea from Proven Winners! I’ve only had it for a few weeks, and it has already impressed me. The plant arrived healthy, full, and beautiful, and it is already trying to flower!

I know it is still settling into its new home, so seeing it already producing blooms makes me even more excited to watch it grow. I can’t wait to see how it performs in my garden and enjoy those beautiful flowers throughout the season. So far, I am extremely happy with this little hydrangea and would definitely recommend it!

They arrived totally withered and with dark leaves. They were also totally dry as if they were never watered. I watered them and planted them all within 2 days of delivery. Of the 10 I received 5 remain alive but are withering away like 5 already have.

When plants arrived, the box was smashed on one side. The plant stems were dry and only a few looked alive. I planted them anyway to give them a chance. They have been watered daily, but I'm nor sure they're going to make it . The weather has been oppressive and I probably should have waited to order. I'm going to keep nursing them along and see if they make it.

Arrived a little tired, but soaked it with some water and placed in the shade . Perked right up, planted the next day and seems to like it's new home. Looking forward to seeing what it does next year.

Nearly DOA requested new ones and I’m still waiting

The plant arrived in slightly rough shape. It looked like it didn’t handle getting shipped in the summer well. I think it will pull through as most of the vines are still alive. I’m very excited and have been looking for this plant for some time. I hope it survives!

This plant grows to the size of a small shrub, and it is unbelievably heat resistant. It tolerates intermittent dry spells. I am positively STUNNED by the way this plant has grown.

It took a few years for them to really get going, but it's so happy now! Huge rounded blooms and the prettiest shade of delicate pink that fades to a dusty rose as it ages.

Sadly my plants arrived pretty cooked and proceeded to crash despite water, dappled shade and planting within three days. (I bought two yellow variety from another from which arrived at the same time…they are doing fine) I’m planning to write and explore credit/refund.

This is my first time ordering from Proven Winners and they did not disappoint!! My plant arrived in excellent condition and is putting out new growth like crazy.

Very strong for a small plant, although lilacs are normally hardy. These arrived in perfect condition, would barely know they were shipped! Lots of sun where I live, but even the one in the toughest spot in my yard is holding up well and better than some others thst Ive planted. The jury will be out until next spring though.

Doing good, despite the hot weather. Arrived in fair condition, they were a bit stressed, but able to get them in the ground within the week. These plants tend to do well in my area as we have lots of sun, so Im hoping the areas in my yard will be acceptable! Been in a few days and they are doing fine.

These were horrible plants. Three small, cheap, barely rooted starts stuffed into an oversized 6.5 inch growers pot. The plants were poorly packed and got knocked around during shipping because of it.

I overpaid for "quick color for containers" expecting plants large enough to drop into pots for a quick dose of color for the fall. What I got was three overpriced, dried out, and banged up starts that I wouldn't have looked at twice if they were on an end of season sales rack. I'll be lucky to get any flowers from these plants before the end of the growing season.

Based on this purchase I've likely made my last purchase from Proven Winners Direct.

I will be getting more of these. It’s been a real trooper in our high 90’s temperatures & high humidity. I am looking forward to planting it in a few weeks when the temperature drops

Wonderful day all around. The flowers were so beautiful I wanted to come home and pull mine. LOL. The enthusiasm of the whole Proven Winners gang was inspiring. They were very knowledgeable and anxious to answers all of our questions. I could tell they really like their jobs. I enjoyed meeting Dave and listening to his presentation. Thanks for a great day. The food was good too.

Ordering online in August knowing it has to make the trip down south in this heat,you never know what to expect.
She made it and did great.Now in a earthbox and thriving.

This plant arrived looking mostly dead. The leaves are crispy around all the edges and some are dying and dropping off. I feel like I wasted money on this plant. I hope it survives.

I have 5 At Last rose bushes in my yard. Three are about 10 years old and the other 2 are less than 5. The roses are gorgeous, a beautiful apricot color, and they have a strong, wonderful smell. You can smell them through our house when the window is open during the first spring bloom. They bloom all summer, but that first bloom in spring is truly amazing.

I was/am devastated to see that Rose Rosette virus has infected the 4 that are planted next to each other. I have to take them out, dig out all the roots, and wait at least a couple months if i want to plant any roses there again. Hopefully I'll find new orange roses that will be even more disease resistant.

I bought 30 hydrangeas to make a hedge. Around 30% of the plants were green and lush-looking. Around 30% seemed healthy, but had less leaves. Maybe 20% were acceptable, though notably smaller. And 10% (like 3 or 4 plants) were twiggy, small, with sparse or dried leaves.

I planted the limelight prime hydrangeas a few days ago. So far, the scraggly ones are not acclimating very well, but maybe they'll recover? I'll go to my local nursery to pick replacements in-person if they die.

I was home when the package arrived to my house, so I opened the plants immediately. Overall. i would say the shipping was fast. The packaging was secure. But the consistency of the plants' quality was average. You just have to account for that if you're ordering a lot of plants.
