Q: How much profit will my organization earn?
Your group will earn 15% profit on every order placed with a unique fundraising link for each participant! The more people who know about your fundraiser and are asked to support your cause, the more successful you will be with your fundraising campaign. It’s easy for Sellers to share their personalized fundraiser link with family and friends via email and posting on social media. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your profits add up!
Q: How will my organization get paid?
Your organization will be given 15% of the total sales earned during your fundraiser timeline via ACH Direct Deposit within 30 days of the fundrasier closing. If an order cannot be fulfilled by our greenhouse, is cancelled by a Buyer, or a refund is requested by a Buyer, the total sales for the order(s) and/or product(s) will not be included in the final payout to the organization.
Q: How long does it take to run a fundraiser?
Your entire fundraiser takes just 3 weeks, from beginning to end. And it only takes about 15 minutes to get started. Fill out the form, decide on your dates, set your goals, and submit your registration for approval!
Q: Who can run a fundraiser?
Our online fundraiser is available to schools and other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations across the lower 48 United States. All you need is a leader to get your group started and a Tax ID.
Q: Is there a minimum order total that must be met to participate?
With our online fundraiser, there isn’t a minimum order, so we can help groups both large and small, and everything in between! The more you sell, the more your organization will receive!
Q: How are plants delivered?
Buyers purchase online directly from our website. Orders are delivered during a time frame that the buyers choose– directly to their front door! We’ve successfully shipped nearly 1 million plant orders over the last 5 years and back every purchase with our Happy Gardener Guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
Q: How much is shipping?
All orders $75+ ship free! All orders under $75 will include an additional flat rate shipping fee of $9.99.
Q: What if a plant arrives damaged?
Proven Winners plants are very healthy and vigorous when they leave our greenhouse. However, as living things, plants always have the potential to become stressed during shipping. The good news is that this is almost always only a cosmetic issue, that does not impact a plant’s overall health, because they have a strong root system! If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery. We have a dedicated team that is happy to help make things right!
