If the plants you purchased online are received damaged or dead, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no charge.
To complete your return, please DO NOT send us the plant 😊. We ask you to take photos of the plant(s) that is representative of the problem and email it to us. Our customer service team is always available if you need any help with this process.
Refunds (if applicable)
When our team receives your plant photos we will then verify your purchase and issue your refund within 2 business days. Note: It can take up to 7 - 10 business days for the bank to process this refund.
