Order Adjustments & Cancellations
We ship our plants on demand so that gardeners in varying hardiness zones all around the U.S. have the opportunity to place an order when they are ready to plant. Due to the fast shipping measures we have implemented and because these are live plants, we cannot make adjustments or cancellations to orders after they are placed. 

Discount Policy
We love being able to offer discounts to our garden friends! Because they change frequently, sale prices are only valid during the active sale dates. Any purchases made outside of active sale dates are exempt from price matching.  

Cold Weather Shipping Holds 
The health of our plants is one of our highest priorities. At times during colder months, we may hold the shipment of your plant(s) for a later date until the temperatures are warmer. If this happens, our team will be in touch and provide all necessary information and updates as needed. 

Replacements
Proven Winners plants are very healthy and vigorous when they leave our greenhouse. However, as living things, plants always have the potential to become stressed during shipping. The good news is that this is almost always only a cosmetic issue, that does not impact a plant’s overall health, because they have a strong root system! If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to help. 

To receive a replacement order, you do not need to return the damaged plant. We simply ask for you to take photos of the plant(s) that is representative of the problem and email them to us. It is very beneficial for us to see what you are seeing in order to assist you best and to continue improving our shipping processes. Our customer service team is always available if you need help with this process!

Refunds (if applicable)
If you prefer a refund of purchase rather than a replacement order, we will be happy to consider your request on a case by case basis. When our team receives photos of a damaged order and a refund of purchase is requested, we will verify your purchase, examine the issue, and process a refund within 2 business days if applicable. Please Note: It can take up to 7 - 10 business days for your bank to process this refund. All garden supply/hardgood purchases are final, unless there is an issue with the shipment and/or product.
