The Pink Chiffon® Rose of Sharon captivates with its lacy, double blooms in a delicate shade of pale pink, accentuated by striking magenta streaks that burst from the ruffled centers. Throughout the summer, long, whimsical branches are adorned with these eye-catching flowers and dark pink buds, creating a continuous, colorful display. Known for its tough landscape performance and upright habit, this plant is perfect for hedging or as a specimen plant. Its elegant yet resilient nature makes it an ideal choice for adding beauty and charm to your garden with minimal effort.

Beautiful ! Healthy ! One already had a bloom

Beautiful ! Healthy !
One already had a bloom. Had bought one earlier and planted it with elderberry plants. They bloom at the same time, and look like a rose in a bouquet next to the tiny white elderberry blossoms.

Excited to plant this in fall for a spring appearance. I love the pale pink. However, I was surprised at the tiny size of the plant. A very very young plant and perhaps I would not have purchased if I had know it's tiny size.

Very healthy plants. All were in bud. Leaves have good color. I believe I do have a problem with the shipping agent; because, the plans we a some point shipped up-side-down. Plant branched we splayed out and plants were flattened. The plants were strong and are on the way to recovering. Do look a bit shoddy.
I recommend purchasing these plants.

I love the plants that PW grows and has available. However, every order that I have ever completed with PWD the shipping and handling has been horrible. Each shipment has had damaged or missing plants. There are so many other plant suppliers that have figured out the process of shipping live plants and as large of a company that PW is this process needs attention. This may be the last order that I do for some time that has live plants because the disappointment that comes when the shipment arrives is overwhelming. I am hoping that these plants are not stressed and survive because the plants that I have ordered in the past have died from the stress of the shipment and I did not receive any credit or replacement plants.

Michelle,

I am sorry to hear this, I see a replacement order was sent August 6th and a replacement and refund was processed last year on your 2023 order. I see three orders total.

Pink Chiffon® Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus)

I purchased a total of 5 Pink Chiffon Rose of Sharon and all arrived in very healthy condition. Beautiful green leaves with nice healthy stems. Within a month they all have tons of buds with flowers that are ready to open. When I planted them they have very healthy thick root structure. They came well packed for shipping that prevented them from shifting. I’ve had flowers open and they are gorgeous! My plant I purchased last year gre well over a foot this year and blooming. I’m will say the pink has grown much faster than the Blue Chiffon for some reason. The Blue chiffon has not bloomed well either. I’m hoping it will pickup over time. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful and thriving!! Thank you for sharing your photos with us.
