  • 2.5-3.5 feet tall and wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 4-9, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in full sun (6+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 2.5-3.5 feet apart for best results
  • Maintains apple green mounded foliage spring through frost
  • Produces deep magenta-pink blooms from early summer through frost
  • Blooms on new wood
  • Great for borders, landscapes, mass plantings, as a specimen or focal point
  • Attracts bees and butterflies
  • Continuous blooming, disease resistant, deadheading not necessary
  • Shrubs shipped Nov-Apr will arrive dormant; shrubs shipped Apr-Oct will arrive green or in bloom

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid summer. To keep it looking great, simply prune back by at least one third its total height each early spring, just as the new buds begin to emerge on the stems. Make your cut just above a thick, healthy bud, as these produce the most vigorous growth. This rose does not need deadheading in order to keep blooming.

I agree with the negative reviews, I'm very disappointed in the blooms. Also, mine are light pink, not dark pink at all...total bummer.

Absolutely Perfect - Super Easy to care for and prolific blooms since planted in June and it is now October and they are still growing and blooming strong. I am not a big rose person (too much delicate care for me), but these were one of my favorite additions in 2024! Can't say enough good things about them. They get all sun after 10 am until 3 pm, Northern IL, planted in heavy clay soil, amended with some Mushroom Compost and no feeding all summer, just kept well watered.

Thanks for sharing! We're thrilled to hear that you're loving your plants! 😊

My first Oso Easy Peasy arrived in terrible condition. PWD happily shipped out another plant, which was in great shape. However, I’m really disappointed in the flowers. They’re teeny tiny and the plant seems to be as well. I can’t imagine it growing to 30-40”. I won’t be using it where I’d planned as it’s just too small. The flowers also turn brown in the center so quickly. I had such high hopes for this rose. I want to say, though, that I am a huge fan of Proven Winners. Most all my annuals and shrubs are PW.

The plants were healthy looking upon leaving your plant. But the delivery was a complete disaster. The box appeared to have been thrown several times. The soil was dislodged & loose all over the box through out all layers in the box. My poor little spirera plant was wrecked. The rest I have been able to nurse them back. So sad to me.

I have always been super pleased with the roses I have received from Proven Winners - until now. I ordered two OSO Easy Peasy Landscape Roses. When the plants arrived, they were covered with black spot and half of the leaves had turned yellow. These are NOT the superior plants I have received in the past and expected tp receove tjos time. I sincerely hope this was one in a million and I will never receive plants in this condition again!

Carol,

I am sorry to hear this and happy to help! Please, reach out to our helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com with photos of their current conditions.

Kindest Regards,
PWD
