Introducing the Bloomerang Showmound® Lilac, the tidy, reblooming lilac that every garden needs. Unlike traditional lilacs, this unique variety naturally grows into a neat mound, reaching just 1.5 to 3 feet tall and 2 to 3 feet wide, making it perfect for smaller spaces or as a charming focal point in any landscape. As the first white lilac in the popular Bloomerang® series, Showmound® is truly special. In late spring, dense clusters of pure white flowers create a stunning display, and after a brief rest, they reappear to bloom again from mid-summer through fall. Known for its highly disease-resistant, small foliage, Bloomerang Showmound® is not only easy to care for but also provides continuous beauty and fragrance season after season.

  • 1.5-3 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 3-7, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in full sun (6+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 2-3 feet apart for best results
  • Produces fragrant white flowers in late spring then again in mid summer through early fall
  • Maintains green foliage from spring to frost
  • Blooms on old and new wood
  • Attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds while resisting deer and rabbits
  • Great for hedges, borders, landscapes and focal point
  • Reblooming, disease resistant, dwarf variety, clay tolerant

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid summer. Blooms on old and new wood - prune after spring bloom if desired. Doing so will delay rebloom but also encourages it.
