‘Summer Serenade’ is a beautifully rounded lavender, perfect for brightening the front of the border. One of our earliest bloomers, it produces spikes of true lavender flowers that continue to fill out the plant throughout summer. Its silvery foliage and vibrant purple blooms provide year-round interest and pair effortlessly with other sun-loving plants. Fragrant and pollinator-friendly, it attracts bees and butterflies while adding charm to your landscape. Drought-tolerant and low-maintenance once established, ‘Summer Serenade’ is ideal for sustainable gardens. The aromatic flowers can also be enjoyed fresh or dried, bringing both beauty and function to outdoor spaces.

Care: Lavender have woodier stems than the average perennial and are somewhat evergreen – they’re used to holding their foliage through winter. Because of this a hard trim in fall is usually not good for them. They need the woody structure to protect the crown of the plant through winter. This plant prefers sandy/loamy soil and not clay.
