The plant arrived in poor condition.

Thank you for sharing your review of your Pyromania® 'Solar Flare' Red Hot Poker. We can assure you that what you are seeing is normal. Our Proven Winners plants are grown in southeast Michigan where things are getting colder, and plants are beginning their dormancy process. During dormancy, plants go inactive and conserve their energy for the next growing season. This happens naturally as seasons and weather change. Plants shift into dormancy because of cold weather, fewer hours of sunlight exposure, shorter days, and expectations developed from previous seasonal cycles.

Things You May Notice:

~Yellowing/browning leaves
~Spots
~Thinning foliage (leaf drop)

We recommend planting this as soon as possible. Our plants are acclimated to the outdoors and will be the happiest in the ground! When the weather conditions begin to transition and get warmer next season, your dormant plants will wake up and return to business as usual!

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions!

Sincerely,
PWD Team

I am hoping there is some way for these plants to be saved. They came in such horrendous conditions. I don’t know if it’s the packaging or the shipper.
We pay a premium for these plants because we know they come from Proven Winners and we expect to get our plants in good condition. Normally we do but I just ordered 10 plants. They looked like they were literally thrown around so much, they are broken, they are out of the pots. The pots are even broken. I ordered 10 plants. It’s not a small amount of money.

Thank you for sharing your review of your Pyromania® 'Solar Flare' Red Hot Pokers. We're sorry to see this! Could you please send photos of the plants outside of the plastic wrapping so we can see them better and further assist you?

Sincerely,
PWD Team

The petunia arrived full of dirt.

My plants arrived in very poor condition. The packaging was caved in with plants damaged and dirt spilled in the box. All instruction on the box were ignored by the shipper. This is not the first time this has happened with an order!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the poor condition in which your Pyromania® 'Solar Flare' Red Hot Poker arrived. Please send some photos of the damaged plants to HelpDesk@ProvenWinnersDirect.com and we would be happy to help!

Very excited to see a stamin creeping, but the foliage on all three purchased plants are still showing signs of travel and/or transplant shock, so I’m hoping it perks up soon.

Thank you for sharing. If your plants do not end up doing well, please respond to this email with a photo of their conditions and we would be happy to help!

Love this plant. All 3 planted next to each other. Two survive while one is close to death. No idea why.

Deer just ate my two brand new plants.

Thank you for sharing!! Some of our plants are deer resistant; some plants are not. However, even “deer-resistant” does not mean it’s “deer-proof.” Deer will eat just about anything if they are hungry enough. You may want to try using a deer repellent such as PlantSkydd around the perimeter of your yard to keep deer away from your plants.

I pre-ordered this plant and never received, A week after my set shipping date I contacted Customer Service and they were extremely helpful. And replace my plant with a different plant. It was sweet but I was really looking forward to finally getting a Red Hot Poker plant. Maybe I'll try again nrxt year.
