Invincibelle® Spirit II Smooth Hydrangea produces handsome, dark green foliage, sturdy, strong stems that prevent flopping, and large blooms of deep pink that age to an attractive green. Plus, it reblooms, delivering waves of fresh flowers summer through autumn. This native hydrangea variety grows over a huge range of the US and Canada, thriving from the USDA zone 3 all the way to zone 8.  $1 from each Invincibelle® Spirit II sold is donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.

  • 3-4 feet tall and wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 3-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates and part to full sun in northern climates
  • Space plants 3-4 feet apart for best results
  • Produces pink flowers summer to fall
  • Maintains dark green foliage spring to frost
  • Great for borders, landscapes, hedges, cut or dried flowers
  • Native to North America, salt tolerant, long blooming

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Prefers well-drained soil that does not remain soggy for any amount of time. To prune, simply cut back by one-third of its total height every spring, just as new growth begins to emerge on stems. Make cuts just about 1/4 of an inch above a bud. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time.

I was very surprised when I opened the package of the Invincibelle Spirit II Hydrangeas that I ordered, I didn't expect such large plants with many blooms!! They are just beautiful. Plants were very healthy and arrived very quickly. When I had questions when placing my order, their customer service was very helpful in getting the "special" pricing adjusted and working through my Ohio tax holiday issues. I would definitely order from Proven Winners in the future.

5 of the plants will probably make it. One of them with one only viable stem and nothing else was black I will be shocked if it survives
