Double Up™ White displays fully double white flowers all season on dark bronze/black foliage. It is heat tolerant and does not require deadheading for continued bloom. Plant this vigorous begonia in the landscape and in containers of all kinds.

  • 8-18 inches tall and 8-14 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 10-11, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in sun or shade
  • Space plants 6-12 inches apart for best results
  • Produces double white flowers from planting to frost
  • Maintains dark bronze to black foliage from spring through frost
  • Great for borders, containers, edging, landscapes, mass plantings
  • Heat tolerant, deadheading not necessary, long blooming, foliage interest

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance. They can tolerate some drought conditions, but will look their best with more consistent moisture and regular feeding.

Double Up™ White Begonia (semperflorens)

The plants were small when they arrived without any flowers; I planted them the first week of May and they still have not flowered yet.
The Surefire White and Rose were also small, and have not grown since.
The only good Begonia I received were the Solenia Chocolate Orange Begonia which were a decent size, and have grown since.
I bought a Surefire Red and White each to supplement the small plants at Lowe’s, which were bigger with lots of flowers for $6.98 each. No need to order!

They look heathy, but are stll tiny. Hopefully they mature to anticipated full size.

Looks more like a single blossom

It's ok. The blooms on the plant when it arrived looked distinctly like single blooms but I'll give it a minute to warm up and settle in. Packaging good

I was super excited but this plant died within a week of planting. Kept indoors as right now it’s too cold to be outdoors but transplanted it to a large pot and it did not make it .

They arrived almost dead with only 5 surviving. All the plants I received that were not in a quart container were the same. Maybe it's the packaging.
