Little Lime Punch® begins its show in early summer with handsome lime-green blooms. But it’s as the summer progresses when you see the true difference. Its blooms gradually mature to bright Hawaiian Punch-red… and then it reblooms! Creating a mix of lime green, white, pink, and dark pink blooms all on one compact little shrub. It fits perfectly into mixed beds, on patios in containers, or in foundation plantings to enliven any garden.

  • 3-5 feet tall and wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 3-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates and part to full sun in northern climates
  • Space plants 3-5 feet apart for best results
  • Produces green flowers that gradually age to bright red throughout summer
  • Maintains green foliage spring to frost
  • Blooms on new wood
  • Great for borders, containers, landscapes, hedges, cut or dried flowers
  • Salt tolerant, long blooming, fall interest

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Prefers well-drained soil that does not remain soggy for any amount of time. To prune, simply cut back by one-third of its total height every spring, just as new growth begins to emerge on stems. Make cuts just about 1/4 of an inch above a bud. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time.

I bought these a couple years back and I just love them. The color is so rich and beautiful in the Fall, so this is the reason for buying these again. I will be buying more of these in the future.🩷🩷🩷

Little Lime Punch® Panicle Hydrangea (paniculata)

I'm very pleased with this purchase! They arrived just 2 days after I placed my order. I didn't think they'd arrive so fast and was actually out of town when they came in! A neighbor placed the box in our truck overnight so it wouldn't be sitting on the front step. I took the plants out of the box 2 days after delivery, and they were still in great shape!
I got them in the ground a few days after that and they've been growing great the past couple of weeks! I can't wait to see the blooms when this come in. They're in a spot along my back porch that gets morning sun and afternoon shade. I added Rosetone fertilizer about a week after planting, according to a recommendation I've read.

Beautiful and thriving!! 😍

Happy 1st time Gardener

Although they just started to bloom I love how healthy and beautiful the plant looks. Since we got a late start the plant is thriving. I can’t wait to see how colorful it gets. Each plant that I have received from PWD has arrived in get condition, it was package very well. I will continue to buy from PWD from now on.

I’m not even sure this is a Little Lime Punch hydrangea; it doesn’t look like any of my other panicle hydrangeas. I’m assuming I will see NO FLOWERS on this for a year or two because every single stem was cut off. I thought paying more to Proven Winners would guarantee me a first class plant. So disappointed!

The plant arrived in good condition; now that it's planted, it's putting out new leaves. I know it will grow up beautifully next year.

Very small, no flowers

I understand it’s probably a shipping thing, but it would’ve been nice if the plant I received had at least one flower on it. Sure hope it does something next year.

Thank you for your feedback! Please send us photos of the plant at HelpDesk@ProvenWinnersDirect.com so we can assist further if needed.😊🌺

I only gave two stars because items were delivered as scheduled. However, I would not recommend purchasing either of these two products from this company. All of my plants were practically dried out and none ever bloomed. All 4 died within weeks of arrival. I waisted $136 and the time that I spent at local nurseries asking for advice.

I’m sure there are great plants but they came completely destroyed. They were put in boxes that were too large and arrived upside down. Most of the stems were broken. If they had been packaged correctly they could have faired a bit better.

Multiple stems were broken. I spent extra money to buy a bigger size and over half the stems arrived broken.
