The improved Supertunia Vista® Bubblegum® II petunia brings everything gardeners have loved for years about the original—now with even brighter bubblegum pink flowers. Its famously vigorous, mounded habit quickly fills garden beds, hanging baskets, and large containers with season-long color. Early to bloom and covered in self-cleaning flowers, it keeps flowering continuously from planting time until hard frost without the need for deadheading.

Over the years, careful selection of the most intensely colored plants led to this exciting improvement. Supertunia Vista® Bubblegum® II offers the same exceptional size, vigor, and nonstop performance as the original, but with a more consistently vivid bubblegum pink that stands out even more in the landscape.

  • 12-24 inches tall and 24-36 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 10-11, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 18-32 inches apart for best results
  • Produces bubblegum pink flowers from spring to hard frost
  • Maintains green foliage from spring to hard frost
  • Great for landscapes, containers
  • Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds
  • Heat and drought tolerant, long blooming, deadheading not necessary

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance. Give a light trim anytime you think it's needed or at least once in July and once in August. Never trim off more than 20% of the branches.

This vigorous petunia "blooms prolifically" and fills in quickly with "bright bubblegum pink" color. Customers praised its fast growth and continuous blooming until frost. However, some experienced shipping damage, dry arrivals, and difficulty with heat/humidity tolerance. Several noted plants arrived dead or struggled to recover, particularly in warmer zones.

Bubblegum for the win!

I planted four petunia varieties in the same bed this season and Supertunia Vista Bubblegum outgrew all of them. It was the fastest to establish and the fastest to spread, filling its section and pushing into the neighbors while the other three were still settling in. The bright bubblegum pink is loud in the best way and reads clearly from across the yard. Bloom coverage is solid from edge to edge with no dead spots and no cycling between flushes. If you want guaranteed performance and fast fill, this is the one. The superstar of the four varieties I bought this year.

My go to bubblegums!

I’ve been planting bubblegum Supertunias in this same pot, same spot for about 6 years now. Last year was the first time added another color and I like the look. I planted them about 10 days ago and they’ve filled in only a bit so far but I see where it’s going and I love it!

I LOVE these Supertunias!!!

I LOVE these Supertunias!!! I have been ordering Bubblegum from Proven Winners for the past three years and have never been disappointed. They grow everywhere I plant them and can handle the high desert conditions of Northern NV very well. They make me smile when I see them blooming in all my containers throughout the summer, and I am sad to see them leave after the first frost in November. Definitely a very hardy and beautiful plant!

Stunning! 😍✨😍✨ Thank you for sharing your photo!!!

We love these plants in Indiana

We love these plants. Supertunias are the only ones we plant. We’ve had people stop and ask what our flowers are. And the cost is small compared to any other plant we’ve used. In a barrel planter we would need 5-6 plants but with your flowers, we only needed one! Keep it up.

Thank you so much for your kind words about our Supertunia Vista® Bubblegum® Petunia. We're thrilled to hear that you love these plants and have had such a positive experience with them in Indiana. It's always great to hear that our customers are happy with the performance of our products. Thank you for choosing our flowers and for sharing your feedback. We will definitely keep up the good work!

Have used for years!

I started using these for my 20 inch pedestal baskets in Florida for early spring. Now I used them every year in Virginia using the some baskets. I put 3 in each basket. Folks walking by just stop and look at them. Just stunning! Each baskets is wider than I can reach! In Virginia they last until frost!

How fun! They are gorgeous!😍

The Bubble Gum Supertunias are the most prolific bloomers so far out of the 3 I bought...very vigorous and growing quickly.

Supertunia Vista® Bubblegum® Petunia

Need I say more?! Supertunia Bubblegum is an absolute star—nonstop blooms, super easy, and perfect for beginners. I even had to cut back the top pot just to make room for hydrangeas! Wish I could plant them in the ground if only the bunnies would stay away.

Wow! Stunning!! 😍

Bubblegum! Best annual ever! These are so beautiful and prolific. My absolute favorite color too. Although hard to find here in the Pacific Northwest, it's my all time number one choice to have in my garden. Love it so much!

Stunning!! 😍
