Hummingbirds flock to its large flowers, and its graceful upright habit makes it ideal as a specimen or hedge. Durable, drought-tolerant, and deer-resistant—it’s built for real-world landscapes.

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Requires well-draining soil. Regular pruning is not necessary. If any shaping is desired, do so in early spring. Note that Rose of Sharon is quite late to leaf out in spring, so be patient with it.
