Black Cherry Supervista Petunias

The two plants arrived on time, but their condition was far from great. Some of the potting soil had spilled out into the bag they were in and the plants were dry. Each individual plant foliage was smashed together and pretty rough looking. They are finally starting to come out of it after having been planted in a pot with new soil for about two weeks. The color of the flower is beautiful and what I was hoping for; however, I will reconsider ordering again given the condition they arrived. $40 for two small plants (includes shipping cost) is steep no matter the condition.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the condition in which your Supertunia® Black Cherry® Petunias arrived. We strive to ensure that all of our plants are delivered in excellent condition, and we are sorry that this was not the case for you.

We are glad to hear that the plants are starting to recover and we hope that you continue to see improvement in their growth. We understand your hesitation in ordering again, and we would like to assure you that we are always working to improve our packaging and shipping methods to prevent this from happening in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our product. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Supertunia® Black Cherry® Petunia

I planted my Supertunias the day after the arrived, with fresh dirt and worm castings in pots, and one of them virtually disintegrated. I hope the other one makes it to spring.

Thank you for sharing your review of your Supertunia® Black Cherry® Petunia. We're sorry to see this! We're happy to replace it or issue store credit if you wish. :) Please respond to this email and let us know which works best for you!

Additionally, annuals such as petunias do not do well indoors and will likely not survive if they are kept inside. They are not good houseplants.

Sincerely,
PWD Team

The initial plants were replaced due to wrong variety shipped. The replaced plants still have some flowers with white on the edges. Very pretty but the picture is not a good representation of what you get. Giving 3 stars for this reason.

This one is the only one that came in not packaged well and it isn't doing well like all my others. Little disappointment in this variety. I did a comparison and Black cherry is not the best right now.

Thank you for your recent review!

As living things, plants always have the potential to become stressed or mishandled during shipping. The good news is that this is almost always only a cosmetic issue, that does not impact a plant’s overall health, because they have a strong root system! Proven Winners plants are very resilient and typically bounce back. The vast majority of plants recover quickly once they are unpacked and planted.

If you do not see improvements within the next few weeks after planting, please reach back out to me with updated photos to our helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com

Disappointed

My plants arrived and were dried out and half dead. I put them in the ground to see if I can revive them. My neighbors experienced the same thing.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach out to us at helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com and we will assist you with this issue.

Perfect plants

All the plants in my order arrived in great condition and the Supertunias were already blooming and much bigger than in years before! I have planted these in a whiskey barrel-- I can't wait to see the display in a couple of weeks!

Thank you for your kind review! We are so happy to hear that your Supertunias arrived in great condition and are already blooming. We hope they continue to thrive in your whiskey barrel and create a beautiful display. 😍✨

Within 24 hours of getting my plants the leaves changed brown and started dying. Very disappointing because I have spent hundreds of dollars worth of plants from this company. I will be asking for replacement plants

I have used proven winners for years ordering and buying from stores never had a problem then I order from you and they die right away and you didn’t send me all I ordered and I paid a thousand dollars for nothing my neighbors said they have never seen my yard look that bad so I will never order again and I will tell everyone about my experience but I really don’t have to because my neighbors are doing a good job if telling it
