Superbena® Stormburst displays vigorous lavender and white flowers all season. With a mounding-trailing habit, they function as both spillers and fillers in combination planters and are best planted at the front of landscape beds.  

  • 6-12 inches tall and 18-24 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 8-11, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 10-14 inches apart for best results
  • Produces purple andwhite flowers through planting to frost
  • Maintains green foliage planting to frost
  • Great for landscapes, containers, groundcover, border plant, mass planting

Superbena® Stormburst Verbena

I order 4 of these to go in a pot along with 4 supertunias. They came and the soil was bone dry and like powder everywhere. All over the plants. 2/4 came with not one single flower on it while the other two had 1-2 flowers and brown dead spots. For $10.99 per small quart plat I was hoping for better quality. This is the first time I have order directly from proven winners and I don’t know if I would ever again.

It's beautiful!

It's beautiful and even though it was planted in the garden on a miserably hot and humid day, it settled right in and is blooming and popping up new buds every day. I love it.

The plants arrived out of the pots withsoil spilled. We planted right away and they are not blooming. Hoping they recover for the money spent. We are avid gardeners, so don’t think it’s something we have done.

This plant has done great since it first arrived. They are healthy and thriving in a full sun area. Only ordered a few the first time but will be ordering a lot more in the future. A five-star plant in my opinion.

I ordered 2 Stormburst Verbenas (along with 2 Sparkling Amethyst Verbenas). I planted the 2 Stormburst in identical urns, using a combination of potting soil and Black Kow. One plant is doing well and the second one is about dead. I have photos. Same location on the patio in full sun. Good drainage. Is it possible to get a replacement?

I have close to 50 plants from PW direct sitting on my porch all shipped beautifully. some of the pots are broken, but didn't lose very much dirt. We have one more weekend of temp in the upper 20 so I'm holding off planting them and they look wonderful.
