Brighten up any garden with the Sprinter® Boxwood! With its glossy evergreen foliage, this variety is both attractive and hardy. Its upright habit makes it ideal for hedging, and its fast growth means it will quickly fill in any space. Perfect for edging or creating a low hedge in formal gardens! Sprinter® is also deer resistant! What more could you ask for?

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring. It prefers moist, well-drained soil. Pruning is not necessary but may be trimmed to shape spring through summer.

My order was packaged well but I’m disappointed with the size and condition of the plants I received. Much smaller than I expected (1 gallon) and the top half is completely chopped off, making them even smaller and awkward looking. I thought they would have their natural shape and a bit more growth. I later found out that Home Depot sells the Proven Winners Sprinter Boxwoods for less and double the size (2 gallons). I will be buying there next time.

Does your other Boxwood look the same? If so, could you please send a photo of that as well? I see that you ordered these plants in February, did you put them outside at that time? That would explain why there are some brown leaves on the top. Plants that are ordered in the Winter should be kept indoors through the Winter until your last Spring frost. For your zone, the average last Spring frost date is not until around April 8th.

If you would like replacements, we would be happy to send those later in April so that you can put them outside as soon as you receive them. Please let us know if you have any questions!

The boxwood arrived on time, carefully packaged. Beautiful, healthy plants. I planted them right away following the instructions included and have been watering them every day. They seem to be thriving and I have every hope that they will survive the oncoming winter and grow strong next spring. There will be no salt and lots of care.

The plants arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Always happy with this vendor. One of the Coral Bells was a bit damaged or not as robust as the others. It's roots seem a bit ripped up. But it looks healthy and hopefully will be ok.

My first order was 22 quart sized Sprinters used to create a hedge separating my garden from the orchard area. The shipping method is outstanding. Each plant is carefully packed, healthy and shaped well.

Today, 32 more were delivered. I was so happy with the first plants that I decided to redesign the landscaping area in front of our garage. It's practically fall here in zone 5 NH, so I will winter them over in the garden and move them to their final home in the spring.
