These are not nearly as hardy or prolific as the original Ringo Roses. I have three and they quadruple in size twice a year, lol. I won't try this color variety again--planted in the same soil and conditions.
Thank you for sharing!! I am happy to see we have issued Store Credit.
I have many roses doing well, this one has been a disappointment. Few blooms, slow to increase. It's alive, that's about it.
Thank you for sharing. We're sorry to hear this and are happy to help! Please respond to this email with photos of your rose's current conditions and we can further assist you!
Everything about this plant is gorgeous. I absolutely love the color changes in the flowers and it produces lots of hips for fall and winter. However I have had 2 problems. Even with severe cutting back in spring it gets over 5 feet. I cut it back in late September of this year because it was so out of it's alloted space and it still put on another 2 feet. Pruning is where the other problem arose. It has the most vicious thorns of any plant I know. I'm over 70 and was looking for a small easy care rose with all the ornamental aspects this plant has, but it will be coming out. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of rose purchases under your information from us here at Proven Winners Direct.
I recommend contacting the supplier you ordered from directly for any additional support.
Additionally, we do offer some rose shrubs here that you may like! I have linked them for you here:

They were delivered promptly and in beautiful shape. I potted them up and they have almost doubled in size. I love proven winners products.
