'Pardon My Cerise' Bee Balm (Monarda didyma)

Please Note: Our Ships Now perennials will currently ship dormant. The foliage and blooms begin to brown and die back. We provide a hard trim in the greenhouse to support this process. During dormancy, plants go inactive to conserve their energy for the next growing season. This happens naturally as seasons change!

Looking for a bee balm that fits into smaller spaces without sacrificing beauty? 'Pardon My Cerise' is the perfect solution! This petite variety reaches just over a foot tall, making it ideal for the front of sunny borders or as a charming addition to combination containers. Despite its dwarf size, 'Pardon My Cerise' forms a bushy, well-branched clump of semi-glossy green foliage, with large dark cherry-pink flowers that sit gracefully atop the plant from mid to late summer. These flowers are just as bold as the larger varieties, attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees with their sweet nectar. Perfect for gardens with limited space, 'Pardon My Cerise' delivers all the charm of traditional bee balm in a compact package!
