Hungarian Hot Wax Pepper from Proven Selections is a hot, thick-skinned pepper that is perfect for all types of cooking, topping off salads, and in salsa. It has more heat than a jalapeno and gets hotter the longer it is in your garden. Enjoy it's most mild flavor when the peppers are green, followed by slight heat at yellow-orange and the spiciest when it ages to red. Prepare stuffed, fried, grilled, or pickled. Dry, can, or freeze for later use. These peppers are so easy to grow, all you have to do it enjoy their spicy crunch!
