Let us introduce the dwarf form of the ever-popular Quick Fire hydrangea: Tiny Quick Fire® Panicle Hydrangea! Tiny Quick Fire™ is the smallest, most versatile hydrangea that is perfect for planting around the border of your garden landscapes, or in drifts.

Like other Quick Fire varieties, this cute, compact shrub blooms early with showy, white flowers that age to an attractive red/pink. It also attracts pollinators, is drought tolerant, and can be planted in the landscape or containers gardens.

  • 1.5-3 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 3-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates and part to full sun in northern climates
  • Space plants 2-3 feet apart for best results
  • Produces white flowers that age to pink throughout summer
  • Maintains green foliage spring to frost
  • Blooms on new wood
  • Great for borders, containers, landscapes, hedges, cut or dried flowers
  • Dwarf variety, long blooming

Please note: Our Ships Now shrubs are still waking up from dormancy! In the spring, shrubs begin to emerge from dormancy with swelling buds and potentially new growth as temperatures rise and daylight hours increase. Most dormant shrubs start leafing out in April, depending on the specific plant and local weather conditions.

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Prefers well-drained soil that does not remain soggy for any amount of time. To prune, simply cut back by one-third of its total height every spring, just as new growth begins to emerge on stems. Make cuts just about 1/4 of an inch above a bud. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time.
