For those who cherish soft, delicate hues in their garden, Wee Bit Innocent® Hydrangea is the perfect choice. Its lush, mophead blooms gently fill with pastel pinks, blues, and purples, creating a soft, pillowy display that offers a peaceful retreat for the eyes. This graceful hydrangea not only enhances the beauty of your summer garden but also reblooms in the fall, extending the season of its intricate, doubled florets. A true garden treasure, Wee Bit Innocent™ brings tranquility and charm to any space.

  • 2 feet tall and 2.5 feet wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 5-9, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun in northern climates and part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates.
  • Space plants 2.5 feet apart for best results
  • Maintains glossy green foliage in a miniature, mounded habit from spring to frost
  • Produces pastel, mophead flowers in shades of light pink, blue or purple depending on soil chemistry throughout summer and again in fall
  • Blooms on new and old wood
  • Great for borders, containers, cut flowers, dried flowers, landscapes, mass plantings, focal points
  • Reblooming, disease resistant, long blooming, miniature habit

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Avoid pruning bigleaf hydrangeas, except to remove any dead wood. These hydrangeas cannot be cut back or trimmed at any time of the year without impacting the bloom for either the current season or the next. Soil pH affects flower color, so expect appealing pink in neutral to slightly alkaline soil and a beautiful soft blue in acidic soils that contain aluminum.
