Suncredible® Yellow Sunflower (Helianthus hybrid)

Very Hearty!

Beautiful sturdy plant!

There are a blooming plant if in question. Guessing at least 16”. I eeceived it Wednesday and it is flowering within a few days.

These plants arrived healthy about 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. I had them before and I know that here in Central Oregon they will bloom until November once they start going. The blooms are so plentiful and beautiful. I just can’t wait.

Blossoms are very small. I’m sure they will get larger as time goes on. They’re all a little different. 🌻

I opened and planted as soon as I received all plants. Their condition was weak and some were very small. This applies to all plants ordered. They were packed with care.

Sadly it didn’t fair well in the mail. The whole top was broken off.

I ordered six plants and they arrived very well packaged and very healthy.
I planted two in a huge pot and four in the ground. I have no shade in my yard and these plants have flourished with minimal watering in the past years that I've had them. I use them in floral arrangements and they are beautiful and long lasting.
I like them especially because they are not huge and they don't bend over on the stalk like regular sunflowers. They bloom on long stems which make them great for arrangements. I wouldn't want to spend a spring /summer/fall without them in my yard.
I've ordered flowers from other plant companies and they often arrive in sloppily wrapped packaging and in not healthy condition. They usually don't transplant well and most die.
These however arrived in wonderful condition and I will continue to order from Proven Winners!

I ordered six plants last year, and half of them became moldy and died before I could plant them because they were sent too early for my zone. The others struggled after planting and met the same fate. Their new compostable pots were composting before I could plant them as well, which may have contributed to their sickly state. I kindly received three replacement plants. They all eventually turned gray and withered as well. I ordered these sunflowers the year before, and they thrived. I will not order again.

I ordered several of these to be planted in PA, FL and TX. In PA all were put in the ground. They have flourished. In FL all were in containers and again they flourished. At my home in Austin Texas we have had record breaking heat. They were planted in containers. I have had to jockey them a bit to adjust the sun but they are still blooming and look so happy. I water them daily and fertilize occasionally and deadhead when I can remember to! I definitely will order again next year! I am the designated gardener for my family and garden at my children’s homes when I visit.
