With a cool, red hue, Soprano® Bright Red Impatiens is an exciting new color you’ll want to add to your part sun to shade areas. With increased disease resistance, your garden will be overflowing with a breathtaking display of low-maintenance, violet blooms. As fantastic landscape and container plants, just be sure to keep the soil consistently moist and you will enjoy these lovely flowers all season long. 

  • 10-15 inches tall and 12-14 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 10-11, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full shade
  • Space plants 8-10 inches apart for best results
  • Produces red flowers through planting to frost
  • Maintains green foliage planting through frost
  • Great for borders, containers, edges, groundcover, landscapes and mass planting
  • Heat tolerant, continuous bloomer, long blooming, deadheading not necessary

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance. They shouldn't need to be cut back, but you can trim to shape if desired. Don't let them dry out.

Not happy with this plant. Too fussy for me. I have had them over a month now and still no blooms.

The impatience are doing well, but ave not bloomed, however the other plants that I bought are not. 1 of the 2 coleus has died and both of the yellow begonias have died. The begonias are Proven Winners, but I got them through Garden Crossings. They ate together in pots on the
porch, so light but nothing direct..do they need some sun, have I watered them too much? I keep them damp..at a loss..
