Our plants were in shambles when Fed Ex delivered them

Our plants were in shambles when Fed Ex delivered them. I emailed you pictures and you said to plant them and they should bounce back and let you know in a few weeks if they didn't. Well, the two that were in shreds are never going to bounce back, and the quality of their others is tbd.
What can we do about it? I have never ordered from you before.
