Puffer Fish® Panicle Hydrangea (paniculata)

It’s doing great was cut back hard hoping it pops back out well.

So far this plant is doing great! Arrived in great shape and is doing well.

I’m sure there are great plants but they came completely destroyed. They were put in boxes that were too large and arrived upside down. Most of the stems were broken. If they had been packaged correctly they could have faired a bit better.

Plants arrived basically dead with no leaves. Would not order again.

Plants arrived in quart container and were in the dormant phase but in perfect condition (green sticks). I did get them in the ground prior to going to work!!! So excited for spring to come. Everything that I have received from Proven Winners, which has been a great amount of plants since summer, has been in excellent shape, planted in the ground and still growing (still warm 45-70 degrees). Very happy!!!!

They are beautiful! so healthy. I can't wait til next season. have had so much good luck with the exception of the bloomerang ballet that didn't make it that i ot in the spring. Proven winners direct is my way to go

Bought 5 last September. They did a terrific job this summer in the hot Dallas weather. They were in sun until around 3 p.m. and then shade took over. The leaves, however, all have brown edges -especially the tips - and are dry. I also lost one in the grouping and don't know why. Could the brown be caused by water after my system went off in the early morning? Would very much appreciate feedback. They were all fertilized in early spring with Holly Tone. I'd leave a photo, but I'm never good at doing that.

I ordered these for the first time last year in the gallon size and they have done well. They bloomed in their second season this year. They have been growing in dry clay soil on the west side of my house in 7a in Kentucky. The location has killed and maimed many plants, so that fact that this beautiful shrub is thriving there is remarkable. They arrived in perfect shape and have continued to perform well. My photo is from the end of the season after the blooms shifted from creamy white to green.

The four Puffer Fish hydrangeas I ordered arrived quickly, well packaged, and in excellent health. I can’t wait to see them in full bloom next year. The price was very reasonable; I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to order from Proven Winners Direct in the future.

The 2 Puffer Fish that I ordered arrived in dented boxes, with one having several broken branches. The pots were only half filled with soil and the plants looked wilted and unhappy. I reached out to PWD for advice and they were a huge help. The plants have been in the ground for over a month now and are looking much better. Can't wait to see them in bloom next summer.

The plant was a nice size, green and healthy when I received it. I was bummed that there weren't blooms but hopefully it will put down good roots this summer and bloom next year.

The shrubs arrived healthy and intact. I followed the PW instructions for planting. We have had many hard storms with strong winds and pounding rain not to mention intense heat in Virginia. Happy to report the Puffer Fish are exquisite and still holding their panicles. They are sturdy and beautiful.

My overall experience was great. My puffer fish is doing great. There are no flowers yet, which was was expected. My purchase was in July and the plant is still fairly young, but the leaves are healthy and it is getting so bushy. I love it.

My first purchase from this site. They were delivered well and delivered very fast. I wanted to plant a hedge, and most bloomed a few weeks after planting. My spot is part sun, and the ones that get more shade are blooming, and the ones that get more sun are still growing. Very happy and will only order from this site.

I received my 1 gallon plants in good condition and appropriately leaved out for my planting zone now.

The plants arrived very well packed. No broken limbs and nicely hydrated. They are now beginning to set new leaves and come out of dormancy. I'm so excited to see these bloom. I will be ordering from you all again soon.
