Kintzley's Ghost® Honeysuckle (Lonicera reticulata)

I bought 2 of these honeysuckle plants. One came in great condition but the other came in terrible shape. I am sending a pic of both but it's hard to believe that they came from the same grower. I will hesitate buying any more products from PW as I at one time I called them the cadillac of plants but something happened and quality is terrible

I think the plant would have been awesome but it was delivered on a day when the air temperature was in the teens. It sat outside, on our steps, for maybe an hour before someone was able to get home and bring it in. Not sure of the conditions it experienced before delivered to our house. It appears the plant has suffered extensive freeze damage.

The delivery was delayed, the plant arrived the day before death. Many leaves dropping not a proven winner so far. They say gardening is about the future I hoe This plant has one.

So far the plant arrived very healthy and doing very well. I am anxious to see how it looks next year

Excited to see how did does in 5b. Only downside is I got 2- one is an appropriate size for the gallon pot, the other is tiny and quart sized- hoping it catches up

I was shocked at the shipping cost of this plant. When it arrived in the huge and complex box, I realized it could have been drop kicked across the country banging against every wall and not injure any of the delicate new growth; it was worth every penny. It arrived in perfect condition and continues to grow and is so happy and healthy.

Quite small and puny. Has put on a few new leaves

The three Kinsley ghost honeysuckle arrived with maybe an inch of green. one was so small. I figured it was dead, but I guess they’re Hardy growers and I now have a few leaves so they will survive. Be prepared for a very small plant, which was extremely dry when I got it.

This plant looked rough and had a huge weed that was as big as it was growing in the pot with it. Sorry not impressed the other plants in the order where OK.

Very healthy

Failed to thrive.
Some tiny leaves emerged, but then the plant stalled out and now the bark is sliding off.
So disappointed.

Do let this plant fool you. Although I love the plant it is not the typical honeysuckle vine. The branches are not flexible and are more like small tree branches that do not climb up a trellis. I tied it to the trellis thinking it would attach to it but it doesn't. It grew outward and now I cannot bend the branches to attach the new growth on to the trellis. It is pretty and care free but has strange growth habit.

Well the plant arrived in great condition. It has been planted waiting to see how it grows.

I bought 19 plants recently one of them being this beautiful honeysuckle. This was the only plant that came in dead. I emailed them with picture and they sent another one. I love all their plants. I am currently trying to my a signature garden with 90% PW plants. Im not going to lie, im fan boy of their plants and now their customer service.

Has performed well, in just a few weeks has quadrupled in size and seems off to a good start.
