Some plants arrived damaged, they were not packed correctly and some blame can also go to Fed Ex as the boxes looked to have seen better days. But of course they run a sale literally two days after I bought a significant number of plants. No one has written me back regarding the sale or the damaged plants. Very unsatisfied at this point at their lack of customer care. And they’re from my home state, sad.

Three of the plants were just a mess. Briken, soil out of containers, and the Penstamon was tornapart very little left to even try and plant. Very disappointed in this shipment. I have received feom PW before and only one plant was in this shape i tried to save it but sis not live. Thought it was a on off incident. Obviously not. I dont think i will be ordering this way again too expensive to receive plants that look worse than plants on the half dead racks at lowes. Very disappointed in the delivery. Makes me sad since the availability of PW plants near me is scarce. I thought i found a ay to finalky receive the plants not common. Not wastinv the $$ again.

I was disappointed with my purchase

I was disappointed with my purchase. First of all, it appeared the boxes containing the plants had been turned upside down as there was soil all over. Also 2 of the Treasure Trove plants just fell apart when carefully trying to get them out of their packages. One of these plants is barely still alive but one of them is gone. I have loved Proven Winners plants and always look for them in the nurseries. This was my first and last time ordering from Proven Winners Direct.
