These arrived dry and appear dead. I emailed and sent pictures I also have left a phone message with this issue. I haven’t heard back from proven winners with my concerns.

Arrived healthy and mostly packaged well. One of the hydrangeas was loose and had broken branches because it was not secured well. I think it was roughly handled by fed ex too

All of my plants came distressed with hardly any leaves.

They were not in the best shape when they arrived. The box they were in was beat up and torn. One plant had no soil in it.
