Invincibelle Wee White® 2.0 Hydrangea arborescens is an enhanced version of the original, delivering blooms that open a crisp, true white before aging gracefully to soft green. This native, compact selection is perfectly sized for the front of the border or for mass planting as a flowering ground cover, yet its petite habit makes it easy to place almost anywhere. Abundant blooms are held proudly on exceptionally sturdy stems, creating a standout container specimen and dependable garden performer.

  • 2-2.5 feet tall and wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 3-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in full to part sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 2-2.5 feet apart for best results
  • Produces pure white blooms that age to green flowers during summer
  • Maintains green foliage spring to frost

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Prefers well-drained soil that does not remain soggy for any amount of time. To prune, simply cut back by one-third of its total height every spring, just as new growth begins to emerge on stems. Make cuts just about 1/4 of an inch above a bud. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time.

I received two shipments of Invincibella Wee White 2

I received two shipments of Invincibella Wee White 2.0 Hudrangea's for a total of 7 plants. In both shipments the majority looked great and have rebounded quickly, however, both shipments contained one plant that was in signifantly worse shape and each continues to stuggle. I found it odd that in both shipments there was one plant in significantly worse shape than the others.

All but one invincible wee hydrangeas are growing

I ordered 4 invincible wee hydrangeas. 3 arrived healthy and are doing very well. I arrived droopy and still is droopy even after planting at the same time as the others. The others are already taller and beginning to spread, but the one hasn’t perked up at all.
