You should know that your shippers must have dropped the box and caused water to spill

You should know that your shippers must have dropped the box and caused water to spill. It arrived with the bottom held together with clear shipping tape, the plant containers broken, and four of the five plants nearly dead. I tried coddling the plants, but they died within two days. I would have written sooner but had a health crisis to deal with. Your request for a review gave me a chance to inform you easely. I did take a picture of the condition of the plants upon arrival, if there is still a chance for a refund.

Hi there, we're very sorry to hear about the condition in which your plants arrived! Please reach out to HelpDesk@ProvenWinnersDirect.com so we can assist you with a resolution.😊🌺

OK

OK, plants arrived alive but were only one single bud in the plant. Compared to the flowers available locally, it makes these look like they were shipped out before they were ready to be sold. I planted them and hoping for the best.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize that the plants only had one bud when they arrived. Our team at helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com would be happy to assist you and ensure that you receive the best quality plants. We hope they bloom beautifully for you! Please send us an email with photos of their current conditions.

I mixed this color in between my bubble gum Supertuinas and the mix is a show stopper. Next year I will purchase more since I now realize how worryfree they are. I've been purchasing the regular putinas for years, but I'm always having to deadhead and then prune them in order to get a 2nd flush. These just go to work by themselves. If I need to prune, it's just to keep them tidy.

Thank you for sharing!! We're so happy to hear that you are enjoying your Supertunias!

I placed a large order of plants, but unfortunately the majority arrived in poor condition—especially the Supertunia Bordeaux. They showed up very dry and already looked stressed. The plants seemed barely rooted, with weak connections to their root systems. While I’ve had success reviving struggling plants in the past, these are having a particularly hard time recovering. Despite immediate care and attention, they continue to decline. Disappointed in the quality and condition of this shipment.

I cannot rate these flowers 5 star due to my review below. If they were healthy I would have rated them 5 +. When they are healthy they have a Victorian elegance in a raised urn.

I buy these plants every year as I have a special place for them. They are my favorite supertunia. This year, when I received my large shipment of plants, I was quite disappointed in there condition. They looked dry and wilted. I quickly watered and fed them as it wasn't the first time I nursed a sickly looking plant back to health. However, no matter what I tried, they continued to wither away and I was left with a dried out dead plant.
The reason I buy these plants from Proven Winners is because this particular color sells out fast in my local stores and nurseries.
If I had realized that these were in such poor condition, I would have notified PW immediately. Now I will have to start looking locally so I can see what im paying for.

Thank you for sharing Garden Friend! Happy Spring, Enjoy!!

Still waiting for them to perform. The plants arrived upside down which caused some damage. Lost one ,but the other three are still growing just waiting for a bloom

Smaller flowers than I thought they would be compared to the picture. But that was probably the image. Plants themselves are growing nicely in a stone bridge box.

Bordeaux didn’t work out very well for me. I had it in a pot with Hoopla Vivid Orchid and it just never really grew much bigger than a few blossoms. I keep cutting the Hoopla back to give it some room, but it is just not happy in the pot it’s in. I think I will try another variety next year.

They start out pretty but I guess they don’t like this miserable heat. They’ve gotten long and leggy and don’t have many flowers.
