Baby Kim® is a compact beauty with glossy, dark green foliage and an abundance of fragrant purple blooms in spring that retain their vibrant color, never fading to white. I was so excited for these. I planted a few in the front of my house a couple of years ago and wanted to add to the back. They arrived very dry, smashed, and looking not too healthy.

Proven Winners plants are very resilient and typically bounce back. However, as living things, plants always have the potential to become stressed or mishandled during shipping. The good news is that this is almost always only a cosmetic issue that does not impact a plant’s overall health, because they have a strong root system! The vast majority of plants recover quickly once they are unpacked and planted. 

I recommend pruning out any weak/dead branches and watering if the soil is dry. We recommend planting these as soon as possible. Our plants are acclimated to the outdoors and will be the happiest in the ground. 

Your plants will grow beautifully once they are planted. If you do not see improvements within the next few weeks after planting, please reach back out with updated photos. :)

Very impressed with the Lil Kim Lilac bush. The lilac bush arrived in sturdy packaging with a very full healthy look. Planted the gallon within 12 hours and one would think the bush has been in this garden spot for a year. No wilting, just a robust look. This dwarf lilac was purchased for placement next to our deck, so early spring days of sunshine, would result in the joy of smelling the fragrance upon entering and exiting our home. Thank you for shipping your product at the agreed upon dates, so there were no surprise packages.

Tiny but with very green, strong stems and leaves. I am waiting to plant this when the temps drop a bit here in central MS but watering it every day and keeping it in part- shade for now. It is growing and thriving in its little container. I can't wait to get it in the ground!
