Bouquet Perfect™ Watercolour Blue Primrose (Primula vulgaris) | Proven Winners® New Variety 2026

Add a touch of artistry to your spring garden with Bouquet Perfect™ ‘Watercolour Blue’, a graceful variety in the Proven Winners® perennials collection. Part of the Bouquet Perfect™ series, this primrose is known for its tidy, rounded shape—resembling the top of a hand-tied bouquet—perfect for containers, borders, or tucked into shady garden beds.

‘Watercolour Blue’ features delicate sky-blue blooms, each petal brushed with deeper blue tones that concentrate at the center—like a watercolor painting in bloom. These large, clean flowers appear early in the season and continue to impress thanks to their sterile nature, which promotes an extended display of color.

Whether you're brightening up a shaded spot or creating an elegant spring container, ‘Watercolour Blue’ offers long-lasting beauty and painterly charm in a compact, easy-to-grow form. A fresh, serene start to the season that both gardeners and pollinators will appreciate.
