Tiny Tuff Stuff is a very hardy dwarf hydrangea that produces baby blue flowers in acidic soil and lavender-pink in more alkaline soil. The blooms tip down in a distinctive arching fashion and the shrub's narrow leaves and an abundance of flowers reliably cover the plant every summer.
