Suñorita® displays elegant, classically shaped buds that are red-orange and open to reveal a soft orange bloom made up of several dozen petals, perfectly shaped to form a classic rose "bowl." As the blooms age, they develop a golden tone blooming summer through fall. Deep green foliage covers the sturdy, medium-sized plant and easily resists common rose diseases like black spot or powdery mildew.
Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. To keep it looking great, simply prune back by at least one third its total height each early spring, just as the new buds begin to emerge on the stems. Make your cut just above a thick, healthy bud, as these produce the most vigorous growth. This rose does not need deadheading in order to keep blooming.
