In spring, new growth emerges speckled in shades of white, pink, and green—like nature’s own confetti. As summer settles in, mature foliage shifts to green while new growth continues to bring that same playful pattern. Then, as cooler temperatures arrive, the entire plant takes on a soft pink overlay for a stunning late-season display.

Larger than most barberries, Sunjoy Sequins® is ideal for hedging, foundation plantings, or anywhere you want long-lasting color with minimal effort. Like all Sunjoy® barberries, it’s deer resistant, low maintenance, and adaptable to a variety of soils.

• 3-4 feet tall and wide at maturity
• Hardy in zones 4-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Adaptable but prefers well-drained soil. Pruning is rarely necessary, but shape in summer if needed.
