They arrived and looked half dead

They arrived and looked half dead. Getting help was non-existent because they were so busy. Put them in the ground and after a week I can see new shoots springing up.

Hi there, we apologize that your Summer Heat Peruvian Lilies arrived looking less than perfect. We understand how disappointing this can be. Our team is always here to assist. We are glad to hear that the new shoots are sprouting and we hope you will soon see them in their full, beautiful glory. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Large size and good color

Plants were larger than expected. Color is brilliant.
Shipping did make plants lay over but hopefully they will perk up once established.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Summer Heat Peruvian Lily. We are glad to hear that you were pleasantly surprised by the size and color of the plants. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping, but we are confident that the plants will perk up once they are established in their new home. The delivery man had it on it's head when he handed it to me

The delivery man had it on it's head when he handed it to me. Waaaahhhh!
So, it's pretty beaten up. And I am optomistic that it will survive and in the long run, thrive.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the delivery mishap and the condition of your Summer Heat Peruvian Lily. We understand your concern, but rest assured that our plants have a strong survival rate and we are confident it will thrive in no time. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!!
