Ordered a second time, but this time they were very dry and have died since. Seeking a refund.

Thank you for sharing. After looking closer at your order, we see that the Weigela plants you purchased are not hardy in your zone. You are in zone 10 and the Weigelas that you purchased are only hardy up to zone 8. Perennials and shrubs must be planted in their correct hardiness zone for our 1 year guarantee to apply, but we are happy to make a one-time exception and replace these with plants that are hardy in zone 10 for you. 🌺

Mine arrive wilted from the heat. Absolutely no foliaged survived. Many of the main stems were broken in order to fit the plant into the box for shipping. The packaging included a plastic wrap around the entire plant, which i believe made the heat worse and also allowed the majority of the soil to leave the pot. The plastic should only cover the soil and pot. That would have helped with both issues. I don't think this plant will survive. I'm waiting to see, but after a few days, all i have left is crispy leaves and twigs.

I ordered 3 total during December and plants appeared dead......emailed customer service and they reassured me they were fine and just dormant. We had a freeze and now because Houston has such a short winter they are sprouting beautifully already.

I ordered 4 plants and they were received in the worst condition of any previous Proven Winners purchase. The plants were wilted and the soil was completely dry. I haven't wasted my time planting them in the ground because I don't believe they would survive. For now, I have left them in their shipping containers and am waiting to see if they sprout new growth.
