Slow Bolt Cilantro has bright green leaves, a spicy-sweet flavor, and a longer harvest that is essential in Mexican and Asian dishes. It is superb in salsas, stir-frys, curries, breads, and pastries. Grow in gardens, raised beds, and containers. It is great fresh or dried.
