Transform your garden with the vibrant hues of Let's Dance Can Do!® Hydrangea! Its luscious strawberry pink flowers thrive in neutral or alkaline soils, while acidic soils bring out a lovely lavender. What sets this hydrangea apart is its unique ability to create flower buds along the entire stem, allowing for faster reblooming and an extended flowering period throughout the summer. Perfect for adding continuous color and texture to any garden, Let’s Dance Can Do!® is a versatile, eye-catching addition to your landscape.

  • 3-4 feet tall and 3 feet wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 4-9, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun in northern climates and part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates
  • Space plants 3 feet apart for best results
  • Maintains green foliage spring through frost
  • Produces showy lacecap blue or pink blooms, depending on soil pH, up and down the stems, reblooming throughout summer and fall
  • Blooms on new and old wood
  • Great for landscapes, hedges, cut flower, specimen or focal point
  • Continuous bloom, rebloomer, salt tolerant

Care:  Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Pruning is not generally recommended. Although its flower buds are formed on both old wood and new wood, any cuts will impact its flowering potential. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time, just cut back to a set of leaves. If you’d like to prune to shape the plant, this can be done when the plant is starting to break dormancy in late winter or early spring, just look for swelling green leaf buds. Deadheading can be done after bloom, just follow the stem down to the first set of leaves and cut ¼ of an inch above them. Soil pH affects flower color, expect pink blooms in alkaline soils and blue to purple blooms in acidic soils where aluminum is present.

Meant to rate 2 stars not 5 on my previous review. I didn't see a way to edit the review afterwards when I caught that 5 stars was selected. Hope that makes sense.

I've been hesitant about trying any hydrangeas due to my tough growing conditions, but I saw these were rated for my zone and decided to give them a try. I ordered three. Unfortunately, none of them survived the season. I wanted to wait before reviewing them to make sure I gave them as long as I could bear before pulling them. I was lucky to see two blooms from the three plants before they died. At least I was able to confirm what I was thinking: hydrangeas just don't work here in 9B.

Hi Garden Friend,

Thank you for sharing your review of your Let's Dance Can Do!® Reblooming Hydrangeas. We're sorry to hear this and happy to help! Please send us a photo of their current condition so we can further assist you.

How much sun did your hydrangeas receive every day? In warmer climates such as yours, it is best to plant hydrangeas in an area where they will get a good amount of shade and water them every day. The hotter your climate, the more shade the plant can withstand.

We look forward to hearing back from you!

Sincerely,
PWD Team

I received six plants this spring and they came in great shape. They are so large, I was surprised. Already in full bloom and many buds to come. Planted them and they are thriving. Very beautiful rebloomer!
