Size Guide

Lemon Coral® is a beautifully textured succulent with spiky yellow-green foliage. This tough-as-nails annual is heat & drought tolerant once established & deer resistant. It is the perfect filler for hanging baskets, combination containers, & landscapes. Its beautiful foliage pairs well with other vigorous, sun-loving varieties.

  • 3-10 inches tall and 10-14 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 7-11
  • Plant in part to full sun (6+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 8-12 inches apart for best results
  • Maintains spiky chartreuse-green foliage spring through frost
  • Great for borders, containers, edging, landscapes
  • Resists deer
  • Heat tolerant, drought tolerant, foliage interest

The Eco+Grande features nutrients embedded in the container walls, which help plants grow bigger and faster throughout the season when planted in the ground. Be sure to remove the tabs from the container before planting. If you choose to plant in a container, we recommend taking the plant out of the Eco+Grande, breaking it apart, and mixing it into the soil at the time of planting. When the Proven Winners Eco+Grande container is discarded in the garbage can, it will naturally break down faster in a landfill than a traditional petroleum made container. The container will get smaller and smaller until microbes consume it, turning it back into an inert organic product. Learn more about this in our blog.

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance.

They look amazing . I just wish the roots were a little stronger. I hope they aren’t to frail to make it through our mild winter.

Thank you for sharing!! Here are some tips to help your plants thrive in the Fall:

Water plants thoroughly after planting and continue to water them as needed until the ground freezes. Add a layer of mulch after planting. Mulch acts as insulation for the plants as the temperatures dip and creates the ideal environment for vigorous root growth, which helps new plantings get off to a good start. 🌺
