Gatsby Moon produces tightly packed, pure white floret panicles with a unique 'quilted' effect. As the bloom ages, it turns a nice shade of green that lasts through most of the summer. The green foliage has wonderful wine-red fall color.

Grow in zones 5-9
Plant in partial to full sun in northern climates and part sun (4+ hours daily) in southern climates.

Care: It's best in moist, well-drained soil. Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant food in spring and mid-summer.

Looks rough—

I have just received the plants 4 days ago - haven’t had a moment to put them in the ground yet—- but I’m nursing them. They look rough but I feel they will be fine. They were just very roughly cut and next year they will look much better. They do look hardy so I am not worried at all!

Gatsby Moon Hydrangea

Plants came packaged very well and timely. I gave a 4 star review because I was very disappointed in the size. I was hoping that they would be the size in the video, unfortunately they were cut down to about a foot. I know they have taller boxes to ship products because I have received some. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long for them to grow.

Our gallon shrubs ship between 6-28 inches tall, and the size depends on factors that include the time of year of the shipment and that particular crop. Small but hopefully mighty

The 2 Gatsby Moon I got were very small and leaves crunchy and brown. I didn't call for replacements because they could be going dormant? PW says online that's the case. The 5 Gatsby Moon I got last fall arrived much bigger and are doing great. I hope the same for these. Time will tell.
