  • 1-2 feet tall and wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 2-7, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun (4+ hours daily)

Happy Face Hearts® Potentilla (Dasiphora fruticosa)

Purchased Happy Face Hearts® Potentilla in the spring of 2025, they started to bloom in July, but due to hot weather, they were not really pink, and now, in September, they really show the pink color. They arrived small, but healthy; I have transferred them into a larger container, and they will go to the ground soon. Looking forward to see them next year around my new greenhouse. (I have purchased white as well) I am in Zone 6b.

Happy Face Hearts® Potentilla (Dasiphora fruticosa)

I tried this variety of Potentilla, planting a few years ago and it has done amazing. Love the pink blooms. We are in US growing zone 2. Extreme winter weather is the norm here. My plants arrived dry, but alive and well. So far, so good!!!
