There’s no mistaking the majesty of this plant—‘Aztec King’ truly lives up to its name. One of our largest Mangave introductions to date, it deserves a place where it can stretch its crown to full glory. In full sun, broad silvery-green leaves are generously freckled with burgundy, their arching, gently scalloped edges forming a stately, upright habit. Like all Mangaves, it carries the best of both worlds: the heat and drought endurance of Agave, and the lush, fast-growing, tropical character inherited from Manfreda. A true statement piece for any sunny garden or container.
