Introducing Beautifall ‘Summer Nights,’ the vibrant counterpart to ‘Snowy Morning.’ This stunning plant features spade-shaped leaves marbled in lush green and shimmering gold. Its versatile vines can be trained to climb a moss pole or allowed to cascade beautifully over the edges of a hanging basket or container. Like other pothos, ‘Summer Nights’ is a low-maintenance, stress-free houseplant that thrives in a variety of conditions. For the most striking display of golden variegation, place your ‘Summer Nights’ in bright, indirect light.
- 6-8 inches tall and 6-108 inches trailing at maturity
- Prefers average to high humidity with temperatures between 60-85 F
- Thrives in bright to low light, adaptable to nearly any light condition.
- Maintains spade-shaped, variegated rich green and gold leaves on vines that climb or trail many feet depending on how they're grown
- Great for nearly any room with or without a window, bright or low light spaces, compact spaces, shelves, hanging baskets.
- Vigorous growth, variegated foliage, low-light tolerant, drought tolerant, vining/trailing habit
- Keep away from pets and children, toxic if ingested or consumed
Care Info:
- Temperature: For optimal performance, keep your Alocasia at 60-85°F (15-29°C).
- Light: Pothos are versatile plants, capable of growing well in varying levels of light & humidity. They will, however, grow more vigorously in medium to bright, indirect light. Placing them near an eastern or western window would be ideal.
- Watering: Pothos prefer to dry out in between waterings. As such, water your Pothos thoroughly when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. They can tolerate periods of drought, and overwatering them will cause more harm than underwatering.
- Fertilizing: Feed your Pothos once per month at half strength when it is actively growing. Reduce frequency of fertilization in the winter months. If no new leaves are growing, it does not need to be fertilized.
- Soil: Pothos will perform fine, even if a little rootbound. When repotting your Pothos, however, use an all-purpose potting mix, with perlite added to ensure good drainage.
- Important Note: Pothos have a vining habit, and should be allowed to trail or be supported with a moss pole. If you support your pothos with a moss pole, where the roots can grow into sphagnum moss, you may notice its leaves getting progressively larger.
