Crafted from soft, feathery cedar boughs, this lush garland drapes fluidly along surfaces while filling your indoor and outdoor spaces with an invigorating forest fragrance. Its deep green foliage and graceful spill make it an essential holiday foundation, stunning on its own for a clean, natural look or easily customized with string lights, ribbon, and pinecones.
Shipping Information:
- Each garland is 20' long, handbound, and unique
- Unbox Promptly: Please unbox your garland as soon as it arrives! Cold or cool outdoors is fine, but boxed greenery should not sit in direct sun on a porch or in a warm room unventilated.
- Normal Shedding: Expect some minor needle and branchlet loss when first unboxing and shaking out your garland. This is completely natural for cut evergreens settling after transit and does not mean your garland is dry or dying!
- Shape & Fluffing: Branches may be compressed from shipping. Lay the garland flat and gently fluff or separate the cedar fronds to restore its natural, full shape.
Care Information:
- Outdoors: In typical late fall and winter weather, fresh cut cedar garland will stay vibrant for 4 to 8 weeks when used outdoors.
-
Indoors: Fresh cut cedar garlands generally stay fresh and vibrant for roughly 2 to 3 weeks when used indoors. Because indoor air is warm and dry, evergreens lose moisture rapidly. Recommendations for indoor use:
- Placement: Keep it far away from direct heat sources (radiators, vents, fireplaces) and bright, direct sunlight, which dry out cedar fast.
- Daily Misting: Mist the greenery lightly with water every day or two using a fine spray bottle to keep foliage supple.
- Wilt-Proofing Spray Note: Unlike fir or pine, cedar has a thin, delicate waxy layer; avoid standard heavy wilt-proofing sprays, as they can sometimes damage or discolor cedar foliage. Plain water misting is safest.
