The Wee White Smooth Hydrangea arrived in glorious condition! I could not be more pleased! It is happily planted now in a container next to my front door and has already set blooms.

Unfortunately out of the four plants I order only two are good. Even the replacement plant you send me had only one branch alive and the rest were all broken up. it looks to me that there is a problem with shipping.

Everything arrived on time and the tracking was most help.
BIG PROBLEM!! Whomever is pack your plants needs to be retrained. The 6 quart hydrangeas that were order was pack in a vertical box on top of each other! They were busted up and main stems broken off 3 of the 6 were very close to unsalvageable. Im a skilled Gardener so I can bring them back from the damage. This kind of pack is ridiculous and need to be resolved. You are a reputable company selling/shipping live plants not boxed parts! " You can do better" not asking for refund. Just please review your packing/shipping.
Thank you

They arrived pretty frizzled. Almost every leaf has dropped. Not sure if they had already been frosted before shipping or were frozen in transit. I knew it was too late for them to go out but I thought they would be in better shape. I have space so they will spend the winter inside and hopefully they will recover

Hi Beth,
Thank you for sharing your review of your Invincibelle Wee White® Smooth Hydrangeas. This is the time of year where shrubs are going dormant, so it is completely normal if your hydrangeas do not have leaves on them! We would still be happy to take a look at them if you'd like. If so, please send photos of their current condition so we can further assist you.
To overwinter them, follow the steps below for the best chances of success:
Re-pot your plants into a larger pots and keep them in an unheated garage, shed, or basement with a temperature range between 30 and 40 degrees until Spring. You will need to water them occasionally, about once a month, to keep the roots moist until spring or whenever you notice the soil becoming too dry. They will not need access to sunlight until you plant them in the Spring when there is no more possibility of a frost.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
PWD Team
