Shadowland® Empress Wu makes a fantastic statement in your shade garden with gigantic upright mounds of thick, dark green leaves topped with pale reddish violet flowers in early summer. It is the largest known hosta available and provides interesting foliage for containers or landscapes.
- 3-4 feet tall and 5-6 feet wide at maturity
- Grow in zones 3-9
- Plant in part to full shade
Care: Clean away the dead foliage after frost to prevent insect problems. Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring.
