The 'Fireworks' combination from the fantastic gardening minds at Proven Winners® is sure to impress the whole neighborhood with bright, perfectly selected colors that go together flawlessly. It's comprised of Laguna® Cloud White™ (Lobelia), Supertunia® Royal Velvet® (Petunia), and Superbena® Red (Verbena).

We recommend planting this combination in 10”-12" containers. They will fill out the entire planter, although a light trim in early July will encourage even more branching!

If you're interested in using the Thriller, Filler, Spiller container planting technique, our 6.5 Combinations are the perfect Filler. You can use additional Thrillers and Spillers to enhance the look but do be sure to increase your container size to at least 14"-16" allowing for better root growth and increased airflow which decreases disease pressure in the planter.

Care: Laguna do not like to have constantly damp soil. In containers, allow the top of the soil to dry before watering again. The plants in this combination are low maintenance with no deadheading needed. Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best growth and color. These extra applications of plant food really make a difference in performance through the summer! If your container begins to look open or a bit tired in mid to late summer, a light trim can be very beneficial. Use a sharp pair of scissors or pruning shears to trim back a maximum of 20% of the plant to encourage more branching.
